Photoshop

People always rave about how amazing Photoshop is, but honestly, I have never used it before.  Not out of some non-conformist "rebellion" -- I simply have had no occasion to use the program.  But the time has come.  I did a little photo-shoot with my sister in a cemetery this past Thanksgiving, and I thought this was a good opportunity to play around with Photoshop and discover new a and exciting things.  The following is my very first Photoshop "manipulation."  I was basically getting to know the tools and how they work, so nothing fancy (or necessarily good, for that matter), but I had a lot of fun playing around.  And I admit, the program is pretty bad-ass.  I look forward to doing better and more complex works in the future, but for now, I've kept it basic.

Yes, I intended to make her skin ghostly white, if that's what you were wondering.  I'll probably play around with this image further -- there are some aspects I'm not entirely satisfied with, yet.
